About the role:

As Sales Excellence Manager, you will be instrumental in driving sales productivity, performance, and operational efficiency across our Singapore commercial teams. You will lead initiatives that enhance sales capabilities, streamline processes, and ensure alignment with business goals in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on data, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration, and who understands the nuances of the Singapore property market and customer expectations.

As a Guru you will be Accountable for:

Sales Enablement & Capability Building
  • Develop and deliver training programs, onboarding frameworks, and sales playbooks tailored to Singapore’s property landscape.
  • Partner with Product and Marketing to ensure sales teams are equipped with relevant tools, content, and product knowledge.

Performance Management

  • Define and track sales KPIs and dashboards to monitor team performance and identify improvement areas.
  • Work with Sales Leaders to implement coaching and performance uplift strategies.


Process & Tools Optimization

  • Lead initiatives to improve CRM usage, pipeline management, and sales workflows.
  • Collaborate with Tech and Ops teams to automate and simplify sales processes.


Strategic Projects

  • Support go-to-market planning, territory design, and incentive programs specific to Singapore’s market dynamics.
  • Drive adoption of best practices across sales teams and ensure alignment with PropertyGuru’s commercial strategy.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven years of experience in sales operations, enablement, or strategy, ideally within tech, digital marketplaces, or property-related industries.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Excel, Tableau, or Looker.
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience in property tech, SaaS, or digital marketplaces.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement platforms and learning management systems.
  • Proven track record in driving sales transformation or capability uplift programs.
